GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice: 5/7/2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:

REQUIREMENT INFORMATION:
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from capable sources for preventative and corrective maintenance services for various MARKFORGED 3D Printers, as detailed in the Statement of Work below.
- Period Of Performance: The contract will include a Base Year and two (2) one-year Option Periods.
- The Base Year will commence within three (3) weeks of contract award.
- This Statement of Work (SOW) covers the Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of various MARKFORGED 3D Printers.
- All equipment that will be covered in this Maintenance Plan is listed within TABLE 1.3.
- Accordingly, the contract shall include a separate firm-fixed-price Travel with a Total 15 Corrective Maintenance Trips.
- The contractor shall perform corrective maintenance as requested to repair deficiencies found during preventative maintenance or when contacted by Portsmouth Naval Shipyard POC for emergent repairs.

METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:
Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.

- Technical Specifications: The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials/parts, and other items/services necessary to perform the work specified herein.
