Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure logistical support and training materials in support of the MCJROTC Senior Leadership Capstone Course (SLCC) for 100 cadets. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Leadership Advantage LLC, 25 N 62 W Street, Ely, NV 89301. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for seven days. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
