In general, the Scope of Work includes beginning with the 30% design development documents (Attachment F), finalize construction documents by preparing drawings, plans, specifications and other documents setting forth, in detail, the requirements for construction of the Project;  develop and submit all permitting, bidding, and construction documents for the Project; provide a project cost estimate based on final designs; and provide Construction Contract Administration (CA) services including, but not limited to, site visits, reports, submittal review, construction document interpretation, and cost/payment review. An environmental review is currently underway at this site which may take six to nine (6-9) months to complete. Plans may only be drafted to the 90% level before environmental review is finished. Once environmental clearance is received, a Notice to Proceed will be issued to allow for design work to be finalized.
