The purpose of this RFP is to establish multiple retainer agreements for various services to be used on an as-needed basis. This RFP is a second round of the initial On-call Repair and Maintenance Services Retainer Contract RFP that was issued in November 2025. Contractors awarded a contract during the previous RFP do not need to submit another proposal. In general, work includes 24/7 on-call maintenance and repair services at various County locations for the services listed below.
