Lane County is seeking an architect for the Blue River Park Final Design project under solicitation LC26019. The selected contractor will start with 80 percent design development documents and be responsible for finalizing all construction drawings, plans, specifications, and permitting documents. Additionally, the scope includes providing a final project cost estimate and performing Construction Contract Administration services, such as site visits, submittal reviews, and payment oversight. A critical constraint of the project is an ongoing environmental review that may take six to nine months to complete. Consequently, design work can only progress to the 90 percent level until environmental clearance is granted, at which point a Notice to Proceed will be issued to finalize the designs. Interested parties must submit their responses by September 4, 2026.
