The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine the interest and capability of the small business community in supporting this requirement. MCRC is interested in gaining further information from small businesses on whether or not they will be capable of appropriately pricing this requirement based on the information given below. Interested respondents should submit a capabilities statement package (no more than 15 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum, pictures included) clearly demonstrating the firm's ability to provide the attached list of promotional and incentive items. A generic capability statement which fails to address the questions below will not be considered.. Included in the capabilities statement package, respondents shall address the questions listed below in order for MCRC to gain further information on vendor capabilities as well as further information on how to proceed with this requirement. Please review the requirements listed below. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: 1. Title of the requirement, Company Name, Physical Address, Website Address, and POC (to include phone number and email address). 2. Does your company comply with the Buy American Act,Berry Amendment, and Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR)? b. Has your company provided these type of promotional and incentive items for other DoD contracts, to include DLA or GSA? c. Does your company provide all items manufactured by Small Businesses? If any items are manufactured by a Large Business, please indicate which items (compliance with NMR is required if this requirement is solicited as a small-business set-aside). d. Approximately how much would each item cost based on the attached requirements description and estimated quantities provided? Please provide and estimated unit cost for each item listed. Pricing should be all inclusive of shipping to Atlanta Georgia. Prices provided are estimates for market research purposes and are not considered a formal quote. Please see the attached requirement description with estimated quantities for the total estimated ordering period of one base and 4 option years. If your company anticipates different prices for each year, please indicate this in your pricing estimate. e. Does your company recommend any other promotional and incentive items for the Government to consider adding to the requirement? Keep in mind all items must be Buy American Act and many of the items must also be Berry Amendment compliant. For any recommended items, please provide a full item description and estimated unit cost. f. Does your company recommend a Firm-Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) contract type? If so, please provide the cost/pricing indeces that the Government should consider using due to the diversity of items contained in the requirement. Would the Government's determination to use a Firm-Fixed price contract without an EPA clause impact your decision to submit a proposal when this requirement is solicited?
