MDTA 2025-03B SBR Electronic Toll Collection Services

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to support the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Program Management Office. This on-call contract, valued at 5 million dollars with a six-year term, involves providing project management, technical analysis, and design services for existing and future tolling facilities throughout Maryland. The scope of work is broad, encompassing financial and traffic revenue studies, the application of artificial intelligence in business systems, payment system deployment, and support for automated and connected vehicle projects, including V2X communications and DSRC.
