Description of Procurement The primary objective of this Request for Proposals is to retain mechanical contractor to refurbish the existing constant volume and variable air volume thermal units and retrofit of existing pneumatic control services devices with new direct digital controls (DDC) at the University’s Library Building (LIB) located at 350 Victoria Street, Toronto. The University intends to execute CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement as amended by the Supplementary Conditions provided in Appendix E. Address and Final Date for Submissions Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://tmu.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/103949 on or before April 14, 2026, 2:00:00 PM EST The submissions will not be opened publicly. Conditions for Participation The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Mandatory Submission Requirements File #1 Proposal Acknowledgement Form - Pass/Fail Minimum Passing Score The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 42 Points out of 60 Points. Applicable Trade Agreements This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s): BPS Procurement Directive The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9 Contract Details The term of the Final Agreement is approximately six (6) months or the completion of the project, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period.
