Description of Procurement The primary objective of this Request for Proposals is to retain a mechanical contractor to upgrade the main central Air Handling Units (AHU) at the following buildings: ● Victoria Building (VIC) located at 285 Victoria Street, Toronto; and The work will include, but not be limited to, the following: ● Refurbishment of existing AHUs in the 4th Floor Mechanical Room, installation of new equipment and replacement of other components as per drawings and specifications. The University intends to execute CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement as amended by the Supplementary Conditions provided in Appendix E. Conditions for Participation The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Mandatory Submission Requirements File #1 Proposal Acknowledgement Form - Pass/Fail Minimum Passing Score The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 42 Points out of 60 Points.
