Full Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Marianas Gas Corporation / dba: Island Equipment Company on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for Medical Gas. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The period of performance for this contract is three months. Period of performance will begin 22 October 2014 thru 22 December 2014. All firms responding to this notice must be registered with SAM (System Award Management) website www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
