The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to extend the proposal submission due date for Solicitation W900KK26RA017 (MIOSS) to 10 August 2026, 09:00 AM EST, due to a pending pre-award protest.


**The closing date and time for the receipt of proposals is hereby changed from 27 July 2026 to 10 August 2026, 09:00 AM EST. **


Offerors are advised that the Government is currently reviewing the solicitation terms. The Government intends to post an Amendment 02 within the next few days, which will update key information that may affect proposal preparation instructions (Section L / Section M). Offerors are strongly encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for the release of Amendment 02 before finalizing or submitting their proposal packages. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.



The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-APG) Orlando, on behalf of the Capability Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), is officially soliciting proposals for the Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS). This requirement is to procure continuous, uninterrupted I/O support for the MSTCs as well as support for other miscellaneous courses and training events located at Army MSTCs throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. 


The anticipated contract is for a single award Firm Fixed Price Mandatory Minimum Staffing Baseline (MMSB) contract which has a base period and four 1-year option periods.  Detailed instructions, performance work statements, and submission guidelines are fully detailed within the attached solicitation W900KK-26-R-A017.  Proposals are due 27 July 2026 at 09:00 EDT.  Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.


Notice of Intent (Requested): To assist the Government in administrative preparations and oral presentation scheduling, all interested Prime Contractors intending to submit a proposal are requested to notify the Government via email at usarmy.orlando.cpe-st3.mbx.mioss@army.mil within one (1) week of this posting.
