The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to extend the proposal submission due date for Solicitation W900KK26RA017 (MIOSS) to 10 August 2026, 09:00 AM EST, due to a pending pre-award protest.
**The closing date and time for the receipt of proposals is hereby changed from 27 July 2026 to 10 August 2026, 09:00 AM EST. **
Offerors are advised that the Government is currently reviewing the solicitation terms. The Government intends to post an Amendment 02 within the next few days, which will update key information that may affect proposal preparation instructions (Section L / Section M). Offerors are strongly encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for the release of Amendment 02 before finalizing or submitting their proposal packages. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-APG) Orlando, on behalf of the Capability Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), is officially soliciting proposals for the Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS).
