The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for the provision of Medium Over Snow Vehicles (MOSV) in multiple variants and configurations, trailers, spare parts, and special tools and test equipment on an as-and-when required basis. The requested Standing Offer duration is three (3) firm years with two (2) additional one year options. The equipment being offered in this requirement must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Standing Offer solicitation document. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
