MEIDS Genesis 64 and SupportWorX Enterprise Software License Agreement Renewal

This contract constitutes a sole-source renewal of the Genesis 64 enterprise software license and its associated SupportWorX support plan from Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS), awarded under simplified procedures for commercial items authorized by 41 U.S.C. § 1901. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering and Support Center procured the software to sustain critical operations of the Facility Related Control System and Building Automation System at the Washington Headquarters Service Facilities Operations Service Directorate, as MEIDS is the exclusive provider of the proprietary technology with no authorized resellers, and switching to an alternative would result in unacceptable delays and substantial duplication of cost. Payment will be made exclusively via electronic funds transfer, with strict requirements for contractor enrollment in the System for Award Management, submission of EFT banking details, and adherence to invoicing procedures overseen by the designated Project Manager.
