The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a turnkey commercial Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) system upgrade for the Military & Family Readiness Center (Building B6001).


This requirement includes the de-installation of legacy AV equipment and the procurement, installation, custom room-combining control programming, testing, training, and 3-year extended warranty support for a modernized AV system across three (3) divisible classrooms.


This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award, vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov under NAICS Code 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2 - PWS AV Upgrade 9 Apr 26) attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
