Michigan Fingerprint Channeling

The Defense CI and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking a contractor to provide fingerprint channeling services to obtain Criminal History Records Information (CHRI) from the State of Michigan for national security background investigations of federal employees, military members, consultants, volunteers, and vendor personnel. The solicitation, identified as DCSA_2026_HS002126QE023, is a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period from June 17, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and five optional periods extending performance through December 17, 2031, with a total potential duration of 66 months under FAR 52.217-9.
