A key requirement of this engagement is the provision of fixed and predictable pricing for Microsoft 365 E5 licenses over a three (3) year fixed term.Enquiries:All enquiries related to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System only: https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/. by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.Addenda:Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFQ. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFQ. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.
