Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018

The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, under the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, is soliciting bids for the maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 R2. The objective is to enhance current business processes and application technology capabilities through a three-year engagement. The scope of work includes a Business Ready Enhancement Plan and perpetual user licenses, specifically nine full user licenses with Integration Manager and two light user licenses for Management Reporter. The requirement also encompasses SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition runtime licenses, various packs including Customization, Extended, and Starter packs, and specific add-on modules for project tracking, project budgeting, collections management, and investments and loans management. In addition to software maintenance, the contract requires technical support and consulting services with estimated hourly needs of 160 hours for the first two years and 175 hours for the third year. A contingency allowance of 20,000 dollars is established. The selected contractor must provide experienced and fully qualified personnel who comply with all federal, state, and county licensing and quality standards. Administration of the contract requires the submission of original invoices for payment, which are subject to the availability of funds and allotment by the Director of Finance per Hawaii Revised Statutes.
