Solicitation Number: N632851201347 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Added: September 14, 2012 Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Softchoice Corporation located at 314 W Superior Street Ste 301 Chicago IL 60654 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The agencies requirement is for the purchase of MS Enterprise Agreement Project Pro. The proposed acquisition is to procure MS Enterprise Agreement Project Pro. DoN to purchase enterprise licenses through BPA contract with Softsource to purchase for NCIS-ITCSU BPA M67854-12-A-4701. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
