The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). through Microsoft Designated Support Engineering to support DLIFLC operations across a broad range of Microsoft products and platforms, including but not limited to Active Directory (AD), Windows Server OS, Exchange, Entra AD, ADFS, SharePoint, Project, PowerApps solutions, pooled storage, account management, asset inventory, Azure, and equipment tracking systems.
The Contractor shall also transfer expertise to DLIFLC personnel to strengthen and expand the enterprise network, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability. All services shall comply with the standards and quality requirements defined in the PWS and related contract documents
