THE KENTUCKY AIR NATIONAL GUARD INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO HAYES DIVERSIFIED TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 10844 E AVE STE A1, HESPERIA, CA 92345-5130. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE FOR THE PURCHASE OF M1030B1 AND M1030B MILITARY MOTORCYCLES. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING MADE PURSUANT TO 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 AND FAR PART 6.302-1, FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION; ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. HAYES DIVERSIFIED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. PROVIDES A SOLUTION THAT WILL MEET THE UTC REQUIREMENTS DIRECTED BY NGB/AR5, COMBAT RESCUE AND SPECIAL TACTICS REQUIREMENTS. THE HAYES DIVERSIFIED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. MOTORCYCLES ARE SPECIFICALLY NAMED ON THE 81EMC UTC. ALL INTERESTED SOURCES MUST RESPOND NLT 29 SEPTEMBER 2008, 1000 HOURS. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRAT BASED UPON RESPONSES IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES SHOULD BE E-MAILED TO contact@example.gov.
