This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT (SSA) to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
The MSC N6 (C4I) Department is seeking information for potential sources that can provide ITGMS for the MSC N6 and its stakeholders. Information for potential sources is being sought to perform the defined tasks and activities that are necessary to ensure information technology (IT) governance and related processes integral in the lifecycle planning, production, and sustainment of all IT systems, both ashore and afloat. IT governance defines the decision-making authority and accountability framework to ensure IT investments efficiently and effectively support the MSC mission while remaining compliant with relevant policy, guidance, and mandates. Supporting processes include portfolio management, data management, knowledge management, financial management, and financial execution.
The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) for this follow-on requirement is a one-year base period plus four one-year optional periods with a projected award date of June 1, 2027.
