This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number FA452826QMH10 is issued as a a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) request for quotation (RFQ) for Missile Alert Field Feeding Operation (MAFFO) kitchen equipment. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to provide and install equipment as well as remove old equipment at 14 locations in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). 


This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333241- Food Product Machinery Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 500 employees.


This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


Pricing must be provided using Attachment 2 - Price Sheet. Quotes must include specifications for offered products. Offerors must provide a proposed plan for recruiting and employment of individuals to remove, deliver, and install equipment. All products offered must be Buy American Act compliant. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Technical acceptability will be based on the quality of proposed products, proposed plan for recruiting and employment, and conformance of the offer to the RFQ and attachments.
