SERVICES ADMINISTRATIFS ET TECHNIQUES APPEL D’OFFRES PUBLIC PROJET : MISE AUX NORMES DU SYSTÈME DE PROTECTION INCENDIE ET REMPLACEMENT DE LA TUYAUTERIE DU PAVILLON PIEKOUAGAMI – S26 253 PROPRIÉTAIRE : CÉGEP DE JONQUIÈRE 2505, rue Saint-Hubert Jonquière (Québec) G7X 7W2 Téléphone : 418-547-2191 poste 6548 Télécopieur : 418-547-0195 LE CÉGEP DE JONQUIÈRE, propriétaire, demande des soumissions pour la mise aux normes du système de protection incendie et remplacement de la tuyauterie du pavillon Piekouagami. Les travaux faisant l’objet du présent contrat visent en résumé à réaliser le remplacement de la tuyauterie en eau, le drainage des appareils de plomberie des blocs sanitaires et des chambres, l’ajout de valves de chauffage et le contrôle à tout les niveaux de la résidence Piekouagami. Une visite des soumissionnaires aura lieu le 4 décembre 2025 à 13 h 30 au local 433.0 du Cégep de Jonquière. Les soumissions, déposées électroniquement sur le site du SEAO ou dans des enveloppes cachetées et adressées au soussigné, portant le numéro S26 253 seront reçues auprès du Cégep de Jonquière à l’attention de monsieur Pier-Luc Allard, jusqu’à 15 heures, heure en vigueur localement, le 17e jour de décembre 2025, pour être ouvertes publiquement, le même jour et à la même heure. La période de réalisation des travaux se déroulera dès l’octroi du contrat est du 3 aout 2026 et devra être terminée pour le 5 aout 2027. Les soumissions devront être accompagnées d’une garantie de soumission au montant de 10% de la valeur totale de la soumission, fait selon les modalités de l’appel d’offres.
