AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/H and covers a requirement from the following product sub-category (ies) of the SA: Product sub-category 1 - Rotary chairs and Rotary stools; Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of office seating to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan requested by January 31, 2025.
This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the PSIB Suppliers (SA holders). This procurement is set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
