Full Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing MONACO D‑21 Fire Alarm System upgrades and semi‑annual Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) services at Fort Irwin, CA. The requirement includes installation of new D‑21 CPUs, configuration of the existing D‑21 database, installation of D‑21 V2 and RMF‑ready software, system programming, validation of system performance, operator training, and recurring PMI services over a base year and four option years. Technicians must be OEM‑authorized or certified by MONACO Enterprises to perform upgrades, programming, and PMI services on the MONACO D‑21 system. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. Interested small businesses are invited to submit capability statements in accordance with the attached Sources Sought Notice, and PWS.
