Morro Shores Mobilehome Park, LLC is seeking a Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit, identified as DRC2020-00203, to expand an existing mobilehome park located at 633 Ramona Avenue in the community of Los Osos, California. The project involves the addition of 10 new mobilehomes to the current 164-unit park, along with the construction of several amenities including a dog park, putting green, seating areas, and a shade structure. Situated within the Estero Planning Area and categorized under Residential Single-Family land use, the project will disturb approximately 75,000 square feet of a 30-acre parcel. The project is managed by San Luis Obispo County, with Nicole Ellis serving as the Supervisor Planner. A Notice of Exemption was filed on June 4, 2025, citing a categorical exemption under Section 15301 because the expansion occurs within a previously disturbed area.
