Mouth of Cottonwood Creek Wildlife Area (MCCWA) House Demolition and Removal

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a contractor to perform the demolition and removal of an abandoned residential complex located within the Cottonwood Creek Unit of the wildlife area. The scope of work includes the demolition of an approximately 1900 square foot house, a 900 square foot storage shed, a covered patio, and a small portable shed. Additionally, the project requires the removal of all associated concrete foundations, patios, and sidewalks. Critical utility work is also required, involving the disconnection and capping of an existing well and the complete removal and regrading of the septic system following excavation. This project is managed by the Northern Region office in Redding and Eureka, with Richard Shinn Jr serving as the primary point of contact.
