400 Oyster Point Bay Trail Repair Project (Project)

The 400 Oyster Point Bay Trail Repair Project, managed by the Regional Water Quality Control Board in California, involves constructing a new 8-foot-wide concrete pathway in South San Francisco. This project aims to relocate the trail further from the high tide line to prevent seasonal flooding and ensure year-round pedestrian access. The scope of work includes removing vegetation within the new alignment, protecting surrounding flora, and raising the existing parking lot connection to match the new trail grade. During the construction process, the existing trail will be closed, though a small portion will be replaced in-kind to maintain connectivity to the new path. Once construction is complete, the project will include the planting of new vegetation to mitigate environmental impacts and address flooding.
