MPA 445 Open Enrollment Lift Trucks, Inspections, and Maintenance

Solicitation OEV26006605 is an open enrollment for a Master Price Agreement to establish a qualified list of factory-trained vendors specialized in the repair, service, inspection, and maintenance of motorized aerial and hoisting equipment for the State of Rhode Island. The scope includes personnel lifts, bucket trucks, construction cranes, forklifts, and stationary hoisting equipment. The initial contract term is for three years starting approximately July 1, 2026, with the possibility of two additional 12-month renewals. Vendors must be manufacturers or manufacturer representatives and are required to maintain specific insurance coverages, including one million dollars for commercial general liability and automobile liability. The selection process is based on a pass/fail evaluation of the Vendor Assessment Supplemental Rate Sheet. Qualified vendors must provide detailed pricing for hourly labor, overtime, road service, and flat rates for various equipment types, while offering a minimum 20 percent discount on OEM parts and capping subcontracted work markups at 5 percent.
