MPC - Student Services Renovations

The Monterey Peninsula College Student Services Renovations project, solicitation MPC-041, involves comprehensive HVAC upgrades to the entire Student Services Building 22, including electrical service upgrades to support the new mechanical work. The scope of work encompasses the installation of packaged dedicated outside air supply units, heat pumps, power exhaust fans, heat recovery units, inside fan coils, and VAV boxes, along with the associated ductwork, piping, and instrumentation for the Building Management System.
