The contract mandates a 120-day repair turnaround time, with price reductions applied for failure to meet this deadline, and all work must be accepted by Government inspection prior to payment. The solicitation is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and is designated as a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System, requiring DPAS certification.
