Mulit-Building Elevator Replacement

The State University of New York at Cortland will receive sealed bids for project number 20220029 Multi-Building Elevator Replacements until 2:00PM local time on July 23, 2024, at Whitaker Hall Rm 201, 4 Pashley Drive, Cortland NY 13045, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. There is significant construction on campus so all attendees should use the Park Center parking lot, accessed from the Route 281 entrance to campus. Each Phase will be as follows: Phase I - Modernization of Winchell Hall Elevator #1                     o To begin as soon as possible after contract approval.                     o Substantial completion no later than 8/15/2025. Phase II - Modernization of Neubig Hall Elevator #1 and Old Main Elevator #2                    o Start date 5/19/2025.                    o Substantial completion no later than 8/15/2025.
