The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide multi-language interpretation services to offenders for Parole Board Canada hearings, medical or mental health assessments, as well as other meetings between offenders and CSC staff or contractors. Objectives: To provide multiple resources (interpreters) to assist with consecutive and simultaneous multi-language interpretation services in-person, by teleconference and virtually through video in the Ontario Region. A minimum of seven (7) multi-language resources must be available at all times.
