The Municipality of Crowsnest Pass (Municipality) is a community with an unparalleled natural setting located within the southwest corner of the Province of Alberta. The Municipality has the Hillcrest Ball Complex that currently has a baseball and a softball diamond. An area for a third diamond is partially excavated. There are two minor league diamonds located in Blairmore on Livingstone Range School Division property, however these fields have limited improvements. The Municipality is seeking qualified Consultants to provide professional consulting services with regards to the design and construction management of the full Hillcrest Ball Diamond Complex. This will include expanding for two additional diamonds, a concession and washroom, maintenance shed, and parking area. The design will need to be such that the project can be phased depending on funding. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for interested professional consulting firms to prepare and submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within. Submitted information will be reviewed by the Municipality and evaluated to select a firm to undertake the data collection, modelling and plan development as outlined below.
