WW24SL01, Mutli-disciplinary Architecture and Engineering Consultant Services Source List Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services at 3CDSB Wainwright, Alberta for the following types of projects: Industrial, commercial, or residential type building renovations and new construction, Mechanical system upgrades, design, and new installations (e.g. HVAC, boilers, plumbing systems, sprinkler systems), Electrical system upgrades and new installations (e.g. lighting, power), Landscaping and minor civil design in support of renovation and new construction projects (e.g. building area landscaping, parking lots, site drainage, connection to existing site services), Structural assessment and design, Building envelope design and upgrade, Demolition projects, Roofing repairs and replacements, Building condition assessments. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select two (2) Consultants with the highest total score. The SL will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $400,000.00 one (1) time at any time during the term of the SL, and at DCC’s sole discretion. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $80,000.00; the maximum value of a commission under the SL is $100,000.00. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid DOS Reliability, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP documents.
