The National Aeronautical and Space Administration has a requirement for MyBoeingFleet web portal via sole source justification for the following requirement: Immediate, 24 hour per day access to aircraft maintenance documents, engineering drawings, spare parts online ordering system, Data and Services Catalog, notices of new service bulletins, technical media tracking, Boeing Digital Profile Drawings, Airplane Tooling Services, Maintenance Tooling online ordering system, and other features of this specialized web portal. All documents and data must be applicable to 747SP aircraft serial number 21441. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Boeing of Seattle, WA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Boeing is the exclusive reseller of Boeing's MYBoeingFleet web portal. The period of performance will be from May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-72. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services.
