Nacogdoches Tx Boat Storage Space Lease

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids for a 24-month lease of approximately 1,440 square feet of boat storage space in or near Nacogdoches, Texas, to support rapid emergency response access to Lake Nacogdoches, Lake Naconiche, and Sam Rayburn Lake. The facility must provide either one contiguous space or three adjacent units with a minimum height of 14 feet, concrete flooring, and an all-weather driveway and apron with 12-foot clearance. Access must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through a secure gated facility equipped with lockable garage-style doors of at least 12 feet in height and 11 feet in width, along with at least one 120-volt power outlet per storage space, indoor lighting, and dusk-to-dawn outdoor lighting. The lease will commence on September 1, 2026, or upon award, whichever is later, and may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods by mutual agreement.
