1. Description of the Requirement: The Department of Indigenous Services Canada has a requirement to procure an Enterprise Fax solution to serve the needs of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), and Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNOR). * To be eligible to submit a bid in response to this requirement, refer to the pre-qualification form. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award one (1) Contract for the services. The initial contract period is two (2) years from contract award, with the provision of up to eight (8) additional one (1) year option periods, under the same terms and conditions. 2. Security Requirement: Yes – Reliability – before award of a Contract.
