By this FBO Notice, the US General Services Administration, Public Building Service - Office of Acquisitions Division announces its award to SAAM Maint, LLC dba Asset Optics to procure IT Services for the National Historical Preservation Application (NHPA) - AssetOptics Subscription License Renewal. This award provides reinstatement of lapsed license and 12 months of license subscription to SaaSMaint software. Award was made to SAAS Maint, LLC. Total contract value is $23,400.00 for a one year contract period. The Government awarded a Sole Source contract to SAAS Maint, LLC - Pursuant to the authority of the Competition In Contracting Act (CICA) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 and GSA Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 506.3 for justifying other than full and open competition. Saasmaint software is a Salesforce plugin and is in support of the NHPA application built in Salesforce platform in 2012. Without this license reinstatement and 12 months subscription support, NHPA will not be usable by its users. NHPA supports the National Historic Preservation regional POCs and allows them to provide mandatory compliance.
