The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, seeks to award a sole source contract to Infinite Campus to continue supporting the Native American Student Information System (NASIS) for the Bureau of Indian Education. This follow-on contract extends services previously provided under an earlier agreement, leveraging Infinite Campus’s proprietary rights to the NASIS application, which has been customized to meet the unique needs of the BIE. The scope includes ongoing support post-pilot phase, initial and additional training for 184 BIE-funded schools across 23 states, help desk support, reporting, analysis, and maintenance of a web-based, centralized school administration system operating on a per-student basis. The contract process is governed by Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, allowing sole source procurement due to Infinite Campus’s exclusive data rights. While the government retains discretion not to compete this contract beyond the notice period, all responsible sources are invited to submit quotations for consideration within five days following the announcement. Lack of timely written response may result in a direct award to Infinite Campus. The primary contact for this contract opportunity is the Bureau of Indian Affairs office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which has noted its current inability to accept responses via email.
