Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for components to upgrade equipment to North Star Imaging, Inc. (NSI) located at 19875 S.Diamond Lake Road, Rogers, Minnesota 55374. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
