NCNG Morganton Readiness Center Lawn Care

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is soliciting an Agency Specific Contract for year-round lawn and grounds maintenance services at the North Carolina National Guard’s Morganton Regional Readiness Center. The scope of work includes mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, weed and grass control, and the maintenance of 10-foot clear zones on both sides of fences. Additional requirements include annual application of triple-shredded hardwood mulch, bi-annual fertilization and spot seeding, and the pruning of shrubs and trees up to 10 feet. All services must be performed to professional industry standards to ensure a well-maintained landscape appearance. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) framework, where the lowest price is selected among bidders who meet technical specifications and provide required verifications, including past performance, references, and financial stability documentation. Performance is validated on-site via a specific lawn care checklist signed by the site Point of Contact before invoices are authorized for payment. Invoices are submitted electronically to the NCNG CFMO Office. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Ariba Sourcing Tool by August 24, 2026, and must include all mandatory attachments, including pricing forms, financial certifications, and worker location disclosures.
