The Contractor shall provide subscription-based access to a commercially available visual analytics software solution, specifically i2 Analyst’s Notebook or an equivalent, to support government analysts in performing link analysis and relationship visualization without custom development or enterprise platform integration. The software must deliver native capabilities for creating and managing structured analytic objects such as entities, relationships, events, attributes, and source references, enabling consistent, reusable, and updatable visual products. It must support time-oriented views, trend-based analysis, and automated link visualization to replace manual charting using general office tools, thereby enhancing analytic rigor, efficiency, and consistency across workflows. The solution must be installable on government devices and capable of exporting analytical products without requiring additional customization.
