The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12, specifically FAR 12.102(a), which governs acquisitions at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.
The Scout WoundVision Unlimited-Essential License subscription includes original equipment manufacturer (OEM) subscription access, application and technical support, factory-authorized updates, preventive and corrective maintenance, OEM parts and labor, and remote telephone support for the Scout WoundVision System. These services are proprietary to WoundVision LLC. Access to the software, hardware maintenance, OEM-certified replacement parts, and software updates are exclusively provided and performed by WoundVision and its OEM-trained professionals; no third-party vendors are authorized to provide these services.
