Solicitation # FA9401-27-Q-0151
Solicitation FA9401-27-Q-0151 is a Request for Quotation issued by the Department of the Air Force, 377th Air Base Wing, for the one-year lease of eight ground transportation vehicles to support AC130J Beddown training operations at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The required fleet consists of one 1-ton stake and platform truck, two 2.5-ton stake and platform trucks, and three 15-passenger vans, along with additional requirements for one 1/2 ton crew cab pick-up and two cargo vans. The contractor is responsible for delivery, initial damage inspections, and all routine maintenance and repairs related to normal wear and tear, with estimated monthly mileage per vehicle ranging between 200 and 500 miles. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS 532120. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror determined to be most advantageous based on a combination of price and technical acceptability. The evaluation process follows a lowest-price technically acceptable logic, where the lowest-priced offer is first reviewed for technical acceptability before moving to the next lowest bidder. Quotes must be submitted via email as separate technical and price documents and must remain valid for 30 days. Performance is expected to begin approximately 30 days after contract award, with delivery and acceptance occurring at Kirtland AFB.
