- Could the Government please provide the required electrical characteristics for the permanent UPS system, including input/output voltage, phase, and frequency? Input/Output Voltage: 208V or 220V, 3-phase power supply.
- Could the Government please specify the required battery backup runtime for the permanent UPS system? The system needs to provide 480 minutes of runtime.
- Are existing electrical one-line diagrams, as-built drawings, or other relevant electrical drawings for Building 1524 available to support development of the ROM estimate? No.
- Could the Government please clarify the required maintenance bypass configuration for the new UPS installation? To prevent any disruption to critical operations, the Government requires the installation of a temporary UPS system to support the active load prior to decommissioning the legacy unit and installing the new permanent Eaton 93PM system.
