The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a qualified organization to operate New Mexico’s statewide behavioral health crisis contact center and provide timely, coordinated support to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, emotional distress, or other self-defined behavioral health crises. Through this procurement, the New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) seeks a contractor capable of delivering a reliable, clinically sound, and accessible telephonic crisis response system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365/366 days of the year.
