This is a one-time service contract under solicitation FA500426Q0020 for the digitization of approximately 9,640 newspaper surfaces from Eielson Air Force Base’s historical archives, managed by the History Office. The vendor is required to scan, process, and deliver five hard drives containing searchable digital files of the materials, while also providing reliable project management and reporting throughout the project. All original physical documents must be returned in their original archival boxes within six months of receipt. The acquisition is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with NAICS code 518210 and a size standard of $40 million, restricting eligibility to small businesses only.
