This is a onetime service for data collection and digitization. The vendor will scan and process roughly 9,640 surfaces from Eielson’s weekly newspapers, as provided by the History Office. Five hard drives of the collection will be provided in searchable digitized format. Services are to include scanning and image processing as well as reliable project management and reporting.



All original documents will be returned in same archival boxes they were originally shipped in within six months from the time the collection is received by the vendor.
