Demolition of Building 195 Building 195 (Plating Shop), which is an Installation Restoration Program (IRP) site (Site 17), is vacant, deteriorated, and excess real property at NNSY that needs to be demolished. An excess demolition package is being developed by Planning that goes to CNIC and ASN for approval. Engineering services are required to sanity check/review the work scope and cost estimate as developed by Planning. This was a PWD submission to the ARE as a FY18 and FY19 demo project. There is an eProjects workorder number already for the planning efforts (Asset Management e-Project 1602850)... SCOPE FY18/ DESIGN FY18(TBD)/ DEMO FY18(23++).
