Offerors are instructed to discard all previous versions and utilize only the text contained within this amendment to formulate their proposals. All other solicitation terms, conditions, and the closing deadline remain unchanged.

- Proposal Deadline Extension: The proposal submission window is now extended in order to allow interested offerors the ability to review the Q&A's to inform and aid in preparation of their proposals. - Site Visit. Due to the demand for site visit, the Fairbanks CDA Station will be hosting a site visit for all interested offerors on Thursday, May 21 at 9:00 AM Alaska Daylight Time.
